The crash. Vienna, February 2024

There is a hectic hustle and bustle when you can marvel at this fountain in its full size.

As I walk past, the foot of a Triton is just visible.
°
I have to smile because this crash feels like a crash after a big party and a night of drinking.
°
The fountain shows the power of the sea. Poseidon looks in amazement at this Triton falling headfirst and an attacking sea monster.
°
The fountain is mostly obscured, probably due to renovation work.
°
I am in the Michaeler wing of the north facade of the Hofburg in Vienna.
